This gift voucher entitles you to a one night stay at Seaham Hall, Monday to Sunday. 

Arrive from 12noon and retreat to Serenity Spa for full use of facilities through to noon on your departure day and enjoy a delicious breakfast served in The Dining Room the following morning. 

Valid for one overnight stay on any night of the week, subject to availability, is non-refundable and must be redeemed in full in one transaction. Reservations must be made in advance.

Valid for a one-night stay - Friday to Sunday, based on two sharing a suite. Voucher can be used Monday to Thursday if desired. Dinner is not transferable to The Ozone or Bar. Cannot be used between 14/02/2025 to 16/02/2025, 23/12/25 to 04/01/26, 13/02/26-15/02/26 and some bank holidays. Voucher code must be quoted when booking. Redeemable after 72 hours of purchase. Gift vouchers are for single redemption, any balance cannot be transferred to a future visit, cannot be used to purchase an alternative voucher and no change will be given. Original vouchers or e-voucher MUST be presented on arrival. The Serenity Spa has an over 16 years of age policy, any guests under this age are not permitted to use the spa facilities. With card payments now the most preferred choice, we have made it more convenient for you to leave a tip for our team in this way. We have added a discretionary contribution of 7.5% to your total bill, so you can rest assured your tip is taken care of. Your tip is shared across our team, with a contribution donated to local charities on your behalf. Of course, if you’d rather not contribute, please just say and we can remove this from your bill.
